Workshop
This two day workshop will provide you with the opportunity to transform your life. It is delivered worldwide and I am one of only a handful of licensed workshop leaders is running it in the UK.
Many of us have been led to believe that health, well-being and happiness are beyond our personal control. The intensive schedule enables you to:
learn the basic points of Louise's philosophy;
develop awareness of negative beliefs;
release old negative emotions;
love and accept yourself more fully;
practice the techniques for changing your life.
The two day format allows you to move through a lot of material in a short time, and is truly transformational. A variety of materials and techniques are provided which enable self-reflection, self-love and a positive mindset. This is the foundation of the workshop, and can be easily implemented, maintained and integrated into daily life.

10 Week Programme
The programme includes similar content to the workshop (details above), and is gently paced over a ten week period. As well as experiencing a variety of activities within each session, you will be given 'growth work' to carry out during your own time. This will extend and enhance your learning and integration even further.
